What do I do to this kid?

I make a fair amout of money. i recently hired my neighbors son to take care of my dog and flowers while i am gone at work all day. one day i got off work early. i came home jumped in the pool, showered, got out and dried off, and went to water my flowers outside. i was wearing my bathrobe which i had losely thrown on since my neighbors can't see into my back yard. I forgot to tell the nighbor boy not to come since i was getting off early. as i went into my back yard i heard my gate opening. starteled i turned around to find my neighbor's boy standing there. the bathrobe was giving him a "view" of a lot. i recover from my scare and relized he was starring at my boobs! i quickly covered up and told him to finish his job; however, he kept looking trying to get another peek. now i'm not sure weather to fire him, pretend it never happened, or apoligize to him 4 the acccidentel showing?
