On a 350 sbc when installing the oil pan gasket which 4 corners do I apply the sealant to?

where the flat meets the arches and DONT use to much a dab a little larger than the eraser on the end of a pencil i seen one come in where they used to much leaked in the oil pan got caught up in the pump and guess what couple hundred repair turned into a free motor for the customer
