Why did my girl bleed almost everytime we had sex?

There was a point we didnt do it for a while then only did it somtimes. But we would do it and it will be awesome and then therr would be a point where were almost about to peek and she would feel soo wet and we look and its blood.. And she gets soo embaraased . And then wouldnt want do it again for that reason. . But why does that happpen . More then once to.. Jusst cuz we dont do it often? Explain
