Is special backward class is included in OBC ?

I had applied to a post in central government through OBC category. At the time of interview I was having a Caste Certificate but was not having non-creamy layer certificate which I assured to produce it later on. I've been selected for the post. I have procured Non-creamy layer certificate but it shows that my category is SBC. Would I be still eligible for the post.
