Who or what exactly are Luciferians?

They are people who believe that luci And satan as two different beings. Sat is the bad one and luc is the good one . The truth is that none on them are good. And you shouldnt be scared because satan or luci isnt a scary being it is one that tries to tempt you through different settings. Also they use magic and other stuff like that.
