Use weapons/objects in self defense if men hassle a girl?

I live in a state full of D-bags and ******* who hassle and lay their disgusting hands on women. The state won't allow a person to carry pepper spray or a taser until they reach a certain age but I'm able to carry a knife on me. I'm not going to carry like a sword but my friend gave me a small blade hidden in a pen and a cross necklace with a blade hidden in it. I have been hassled and fondled by these ****** men before when I'm out and about but someone saved me. If this were to happen again and no one was around to save me, am I allowed to stab the man in self defense?
