Kid wants to hurt me?

a bought a 150 dollar airsoft gun from my neighbor who is noow 16. he is a little odd and he likes to shoot me with his airsoft guns. he also comes up to my house, and if i dont answer the door he will peek in my windows. the other day he said i owed him 200 dollars, but i dont. i am only thirteen and i told him to f*** off. he is now very mad and i am afraid he will hurt me. it has ruined my summer and everytime i try to hang out with friends i have to go by his house. i cant go to a friends house, and my parents work during the day, what should i do?
