Just got some used 350 vortec heads "062"gonna put on a SB Chevy.. what do i rebuild?

i want to rebuild them but what exactly do i have to do to them to fit a sbc 305 on a 83 camaro want to change the cam too. what goes with that combo, already got the intake and the self aligning rocker arms. what cam, push rods..etc do i need not to sure not much experience with vortec.. if u can help thank u
