Is the virus really gone from my computer?

I had the google redirect virus, and there were a bunch of trojan horses found with AVG and Malwarebytes. I used both of those to quarantine and remove the trojans but was still having problems. So someone directed me to downloading TDSSKiller. It identified an unknown suspicious object and I clicked restore then restarted my computer. Now I'm not having any of the problems I was before. After it stopped having problems I ran full scans with AVG and Malwarebytes and did a scan with TDSSKiller and none of them found anything else. So I think it's gone. I've been working at getting rid of this thing for like 20 hours, and now that I think it's gone I just want to make sure. Is it really gone and is there a way I can check?
