How much is it to paint an engine?

I have a 72 chevelle with a 383 and the block is not painted, I kinda wanna paint it like a RED red lol like the red bill Mitchell has on his sbc engines, my question is how much it it for someone to remove the engine from the car clean it, paint the block only then put it back into the car? and if It's better to do it mself how do i do it? like with it in the car still it's hard to get the whole block
