Chevy small block 400?

i put a sbc 400 togeather it have scat light weigh 9000 series crank, scat pro 5.7 rods,, flattop pistons, built vortec heads motor is 10.84 to 1 compression cam is 292/302 duration 488/510 lift backing it up is 400 tubro trany with 3000 stall sitting in 79 z28 my question is would a holley 650 hp carb be too small for this motor im planing on rejetting it and change squarters to what a 750hp would have . im not racing car just a street car. i have a 650 laying around and was woundering if it would be too small of a carb for my motor any help would be greatful
