At&t DSL 150 GB cap. picking another DSL provider. can I pick another DSL provider.by law dose At7t have to share there DSL line with other company's giving the customer the right to pick the provider..... with the phone company's by law they have to share the phone lines give the consumer the right to pick the phone carrier provider. SBC monoly preventing SBC from selling long distance to its customer back in the 1990s later 2003 SBC at&t went in front of judge to over turn the phone monopoly allowing Sbc At&t the right to sell long distance service. in California do I have the right to pick my DSL Internet provider through the phone provider ?
